About submitting fanfiction:

• Fanfiction is classified as any written work: serializations, short stories, poems, one-liners, dirty limericks, etc. Each of these classes is inclusive of all genres, including alternate universe, Mary-Sue, crossover, lemon, and so on. Questions for authors may also be submitted.
  
• AkuEro characters do not have to be in a composition's spotlight, but at least one must make multiple appearances.
  
• Sexually explicit material will be sequestered to an age restricted section, even if it is a single chapter from an ongoing work whose seclusion stands to disrupt the story's flow.
  
• Authors may create profiles to be displayed with their work.
  
• Authors may choose to have a 40 x 40 pixel icon accompany all instances of their E-mail address.
  
• Authors may elect to remain anonymous.
  
• All stories will be professionally edited ("taisachecked") for mechanical errors, unless the author expressly forbids it.
  
• There are severe consequences for plagiarism.

About submitting fanart:

• Fanart is classified as any drawn work: doodles, line art, paint media, CG altered or rendered works, scans of diary entries, etc. Skill level is inconsequential; no work will be turned away on that assessment.
  
• At least one AkuEro character (established or of fanfiction origin) must appear in the image.
  
• Sexually explicit material will not be posted. Nearly sexually explicit material, however, can be accommodated. Explicit images will be accepted, but they will be censored before being displayed.
  
• Artists may choose to have a 40 x 40 pixel icon accompany all instances of their E-mail address.
  
• Artists may elect to remain anonymous.
  
• With the exception of wallpapers, images should be no greater than 600 pixels on their longest side, saved at medium quality (5 or 6). Images which do not meet these specifications will be subject to alteration. An image will only be resized if doing so is found not to compromise its content. (The final say is mine; disk space is limited, you see.)
  
• Pencil sketches with extremely light lines will be subject to an adjustment of contrast or levels before they are posted, unless the artist expressly forbids it.
  
• There are severe consequences for false representation.

About using works found here:
Artists and authors consider their works as their "children." Shinjou-sensei herself compares the composition of AkuEro to the pain of giving birth. In that context, when a work is taken and used without permission, artists and authors consider that "kidnapping"—a first degree felony in the States, and a crime probably punishable by brutal stoning and vicious limb-rending in some less developed nations.

I would hate to have to summon a Satanic Guido Fed to rend limbs.

• Works here are free to store (electronically or in print) for personal use.
  
• Under no circumstance may any work here be used for monetary gain. This includes: display on a business site, display on a sponsored site, use in advertising (electronic or printed), such as on E-bay, etc.
  
• Explicit artist/author permission must be obtained before posting original fanart/fanfiction elsewhere. To obtain permission, E-mail TAISAMT@AOL.COM.
  
• Wallpapers may be distributed freely for private/personal homepage use; however, please cite AKUERO.TAISA-LABS.COM as the source.
