Regarding SATAN & MIU:

• Will Miu grow up? Miu's body will not age, but her mind will. Eventually, she will seek something more substantial than sex. She will tire of the repetition. Already, she has expressed a desire to explore Hell. As a fallen angel, she will one day become powerful enough to protect herself and venture outside of Pandemonium. All signs point to a drifting away from Satan. How long will Miu succumb to Satan's selfish, wanton sexual drive before she discovers that she wants something more? How long before she begins to ask Satan questions and seek a substantial relationship, and how will Satan—who, despite being lustful, is otherwise emotionally constipated—react?

• Will Satan hurt Miu? If you truly want to know someone, it is said you must observe how he treats others. Satan's treatment of Miu is uncharacteristic. The chances are high that he will lose his temper with her, as he did when he saw Amamiya kiss her, and react violently. How would Miu react if he ever intentionally hurt her—either physically or emotionally?

• Does Satan long to return to Heaven? His most precious lovers have been angelic creatures—reminders of Heaven and of God's love. It was for his pride that Satan initially fell, but he has foregone his pride by straying from the purpose of a contract and admitting he loves Miu. Does his desire for Miu's boundless love indicate a desire for God's? Is his ability to forego his pride for Miu indicative of something else? If it is, then what would become of a Hell without Satan?

• Can Miu now be invoked by a summoning spell as Satan was?

• Will Miu and Satan have a child? Technically, angels are said to have no gender. Such is not the case with Satan, neither is it the case with Miu. How functional is their equipment? Can Miu become pregnant by Satan?

• Who will replace Seera? Seera's undoing means that someone will have to take her place as the messenger between Heaven and Hell. Miu was, in a way, born of the angels, and now she resides in Hell. Will Miu take Seera's place, or will someone new be introduced? If it is Miu, how will Michael handle the increase in interactions with her? If it is someone new, will Satan be drawn to her for the same reasons he was drawn to Miu and Seera—their uncommon angelic qualities—and how will Miu react?

 
Regarding MICHAEL/AMAMIYA:

• Will Michael stay on Earth? Michael came to Earth because of a premonition of Satan's appearance. Does this mean Michael must be on Earth whenever Satan is? What happens when Satan visits Earth with Miu? Does Michael return as Amamiya? As himself? As someone else? How does he respond to Miu's presence?

• What consequence does Michael face for his behavior? It was his duty to destroy Miu and Satan. Is God angry? It is said that the Archangel Gabriel once fell from grace for not obeying a command exactly as it was given, and he remained outside the Heavenly curtain for a time. Is this Michael's fate?

• Will Michael fall in love again? Birds of a feather flock together. Similarities must exist between Miu and her unnamed friend. Are they substantial enough to draw Michael's attention? The details the girl knew about Amamiya would suggest that she has an unspoken attraction for him, similar to Miu's, and with Miu's only occasional visits to Earth, the girl must be lonely these days. Will Michael comfort her?

 
Regarding OTHERS:

• With whom does Miu speak when she has problems with Satan? She spoke to her human friend when there were problems with Kai on Earth. Who in Hell is close enough to her situation to care yet distanced enough to remain objective? Seera used to confide in Beelzebub. Will Miu? However, Beelzebub has conceded (while his heart was pounding) that Miu has been transformed into quite a woman. How objective can he remain? He is loyal to Satan, but even Malphas nearly abandoned his loyalty to protect Miu when Satan was being unkind to her, and Beelzebub is not as close to Satan as Malphas was. Would he forego his loyalty to Satan in favor of Miu?

• Who is Astaroth? Baal has been undone by Satan. Mythologically speaking, Baal is the brother of Astaroth, a female demon whom Satan has said is the third most powerful inhabitant of Hell, after himself and Beelzebub. We know nothing of Astaroth's personality or appearance. What is her reaction?

• Who is Miu's father? There's something special about a girl who can attract the two most powerful beings under God. Might it be hereditary? All we know of Miu's father is that he works for a trading company, keeps his family affluent, and is rarely home. Though he has sent his daughter to a religious school, there's no guarantee he's Christian—only about 2% of the Japanese population is Christian, and indeed there are precious few students at Seiran who adhere to that belief system. Many questions surround Mr. Sakurai: What was his motivation in sending his daughter to Seiran? What precisely does his "company" trade? Could the things which make Miu special have been genetically passed on to her by him? What are those things?

• Who is the girl at the end of volume four? Books come into the hands of those who are meant to read them. Is it possible that the girl at the end of volume four was meant to read the story of Miu and Satan? Did the book wait for her in a familiar secondhand bookstore? For what purpose...?

• Into whose hands will Miu's copy of "Magick to Grant Your Prayers" cross?
